Saki(Hector Hugh Monroe) was born in Akyab, Burma, on December 18, 1870. Hector was a very weak child. Doctors examined him and predicted he would not live to adulthood. Hector had big dreams of writing and wrote at several places for several companies. He moved a lot for his work, for example he moved to London and began to write political satires for the Westminster Gazette. After a while his company was sent to France. After long years of writing, Saki decided to join the military. After joining he was promoted to Lance-Sergeant. Saki's life sadly ended one day when he was in combat and was shot by a sniper on November 13th, 1916.
